Q: HOW DO I EARN LEGACY POINTS?
A: There are several ways to earn Legacy Points to apply towards future purchases — everything from making purchases, interacting with us on social media, and even leaving reviews. This article will show you the different ways you can earn Legacy Points.
Q: HOW MANY LEGACY POINTS DO I EARN FOR EACH PURCHASE?
A: You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Let's say you purchased Hangar for $55. You would earn 55 Legacy Points.
Q: HOW MUCH MONEY DO THE LEGACY POINTS TAKE OFF MY PURCHASE?
A: If you use the Create Your Own Discount option, you'll receive $1 off for every 100 Legacy Points you redeem. Let's say you have 2000 Legacy Points and you want to redeem all of them. You'd get $20 off your purchase.
Q: CAN I COMBINE THE PRE-MADE DISCOUNTS?
A: Nope. The pre-made redemptions can't be combined. However, if you'd like to take more money off your purchase than the pre-made discounts allow, you can always Create Your Own Discount.
Q: DO MY LEGACY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
A: Nope! Your Legacy Points never expire.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I'VE REDEEMED A REWARD?
A: Each time you redeem a reward, a specific coupon code is created. If you change your mind and want to return your Legacy Points back to your account, reach out to us and let us know. We'll need to delete the coupon code created for your reward and readjust your Legacy Points.
Q: HOW MANY POINTS ARE REWARDED FOR EACH MEMBERSHIP TIER?
A: There are 4 Legacy Membership tiers:
- Follower — you earn 50 Legacy Points (default option for signing up)
- Fan — you earn 500 Legacy Points when you reach this tier
- Friend — you earn 1000 Legacy Points when you reach this tier)
- Family — you earn 2500 Legacy Points when you reach this tier)
