Mostly, no. We sell software, which is a non-tangible digital good. Once a product has been purchased and the software has been distributed to you, it’s not possible for the product to be returned back to us. This is the primary reason we _do not_ offer refunds for purchases made, except in the case of duplicate purchases. (See more on duplicate purchases here)

If ever you’re having a technical issue with any of our products or you have questions on how to get the most out of it, we’re always happy to help. You can visit our Help Center for quick answers to common questions, or you can shoot us a message at email@example.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If we’re unable to solve the issue you’re having and we’ve determined there’s no reasonable way for you to use the product you purchased, we may issue a refund at our own discretion. Most likely, this refund will only be issued after we’ve verified the problem and exhaustive measures have been taking by our support and product development teams to help you come to a resolution.
